Our Mission

The mission of the JCTF is to provide emergency and supplemental communications, both voice and data, cyber-attack mitigation, OSINT/HUMINT intelligence services, and other services to qualified entities related to federal agencies or to other local, regional, state agencies, or certain NGOs on an as-needed basis. The JCTF supplements the activities of those entities in public safety-related duties.


Additionally, The JCTF can provide consultative services as a support entity as required.

Public and Private Sector Affiliations

The JCTF provides consultative emergency and non-emergency communications services such as LMR, COMMS networks, specialized cellular implementations, "Black Sky" grid down, and Cybersecurity consultation.  Addtionally, we offer OSINT/HUMINT intelligence services.


The JCTF supports government agencies and certain private sector organizations.

JCTF Personnel

Our highly qualified personnel have experience in all aspects of public safety and have high level technical expertise. We are dedicated to providing professional level emergency response and consultation services to public and private sector entities.


  • Our personnel follow all doctrines and directives of the National Response Framework (NRF), National Incident Management System (NIMS/ICS), and the agencies and entities that we work with.
  • We participate in and provide professional-level training exercises and classes with governmental and non-governmental entities.
  • We maintain high-level relationships in public safety at the city, state, and Federal levels.
